Feedback & Refinement

Testing & Application
Your logo needs to work in the real world. I’ll test your mark across screens, print, signage, and merchandise to make sure it holds up everywhere.
Launch & Brand Support
Once approved, you’ll receive a complete logo package and brand guidelines to keep your identity consistent. I also offer ongoing brand support as your business grows.
Designing for a City: A Case Study
Roughly 20 years ago, I was selected to design the official logo for the City of Redmond—one of the top five cities in the U.S. at the time. The goal was to reflect its Pacific Northwest character, environmental values, and the iconic heron from its wetlands.
The challenge? Incorporating natural elements like rivers and bike paths with low-rise buildings, all in a logo that felt modern and elegant—not cartoonish. I started with hand-drawn sketches before refining the design digitally. That logo still appears on signage, police vehicles, city documents, and more.
Projects like this—complex, rooted in place, and full of nuance—are why I love this work.
