About This Project

For the past decade Savant co-founders Jay Schwartz and Justin Swanberg were key members of the Leadership Team at StrataCore, Inc. – one of the nation’s largest technology brokers. Jay was COO and General Counsel, and Justin was Head of Finance and Operations. Over their years at StrataCore Jay and Justin created Savant after implementing a variety of other management systems and concepts. The result – a highly scalable system that is simple to understand and implement, holds Leadership Teams accountable, and generates accelerated results. Applying Savant, StrataCore was named the 2021 “Best Company To Work For” in Washington by Seattle Magazine and the 2019 “Third Best Company To Work For” in Washington by the Puget Sound Business Journal.

Jay and Justin scaled Savant by creating an intuitive business management system, leveraging technology, and incorporating professional step-by-step instruction. Savant is now the key to helping Leadership Teams everywhere vastly improve their businesses and radically accelerate results.
