I’m Alex Gilman, founder of Eden Creations, a boutique creative studio rooted in storytelling, clarity, and the power of well-made ideas. Since 2001, I’ve been helping businesses—from neighborhood shops to global players—create identities that are meaningful, magnetic, and unmistakably theirs.
The Origin Story
Eden Creations was born after the Dot-Com crash—launched not from a high-rise office, but from a desk in my mother’s apartment. I chose the name Eden because it represented beginnings. The start of something beautiful, something bold. My first website reflected that—a lush garden of color and temptation, where delicate blossoms met flashes of a modern Eve. It wasn’t about religion. It was about invitation—the lure of a great idea.
The business took off. What began as a solo studio grew to include offices in Seattle and Madison Avenue, serving Fortune 500 clients and high-profile campaigns. But in chasing growth, I began to miss the work that mattered most to me—hands-on design, deep client relationships, and meaningful storytelling.
So I scaled back. And I returned to what I love.
Today, I run Eden from my home studio on Vashon Island—focusing on intentional, high-touch projects with clients who value quality, character, and authenticity.
